Goldfus in Minneapolis, Hennepin, Minnesota 1930
On the 8 April 1930 census living at 706 Queen Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota was the widow Annie Goldfus age 58 who had $4,000 but was renting. She was born in Lithuania but her daughter, Rose age 28 was born in Minnesota. She was a social worker for the Family Welfare Association. Living with them was their aunt Gertrude Leventhal age 77, also from Lithuania. Annie immigrated in 1884 and Gertrude in 1880. They were some of the earlier immigrants from Lithuania that I have seen.
